How It Works

Screen printing at SPORTSFILTER involves a detailed, multi-step process that ensures your designs are printed with precision and clarity on your uniforms. Here’s how it works:

  • Design Creation: First, you provide or collaborate with us to create your design. This can include logos, text, or any other graphic elements you’d like printed on your uniforms.

  • Screen Preparation: Once the design is finalized, we create screens for each color in your design. These screens are made of fine mesh material, and each color will have its own screen.

  • Ink Application: The screens are placed on the uniforms, and a special ink is applied through the mesh using a squeegee. For each color in the design, a separate screen is used, and the ink is layered to create the full design.

  • Drying and Curing: After the ink is applied, the garments are placed in a heat dryer to cure the ink. This ensures that the print is permanent, vibrant, and resistant to fading or cracking.

  • Quality Control: Each printed item is inspected for consistency, quality, and accuracy to ensure it meets our high standards before being shipped.

This meticulous process results in high-quality, durable, and vibrant prints that stand out and stay intact throughout the lifespan of your uniforms.
